Two shepherd's huts. Private gardens. Cast iron baths beneath open skies.
Powis House Estate, built in 1746, sits beneath the Ochil Hills on 10 acres of private gardens — just minutes from Stirling Castle and within easy reach of the Highlands. It's a place that moves at its own pace, and the huts are designed around that idea.
Dumyat and Myreton are two handcrafted shepherd's huts, built by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and sustainable materials. Each has its own enclosed private garden, deck and cast iron outdoor bath — made for long soaks under Scottish skies. Inside, wood-burning stoves, fully equipped kitchens, a shower room, quality linens and eco-friendly toiletries create a space that's warm, considered and completely self-contained. Water comes straight from our natural spring on the estate.
Guests are welcome to wander the wider grounds — mature gardens, peaceful woodland walks and views across to the Ochil Hills are all on the doorstep.
