Cancellation Policy
Deposits of £150 payable upon booking. The remaining payment will be due 60 days before the Retreat, made by bank transfer. If you need to cancel your Retreat, deposits are refundable 60 days in advance of the Retreat. Any cancellation after this time will result in a partial refund, until 30 days before the Retreat, after which we do not offer any refunds. If you would like to reschedule your place we require at least 30 days notice, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the Retreat. In order to deliver a wonderful experience we require a minimum number of participants to run a Retreat. If the Retreat you have booked does not meet the required number we will contact you at least 30 days before to offer you a no cost transfer to our next Retreat, or full refund.
