Cancellation Policy
In order to deliver a wonderful experience we require a minimum number of participants to run a Retreat. If the Retreat you have booked does not meet the required number we will contact you at least 14 days before to offer you a no cost transfer to our next Retreat, or full refund. If you would like to reschedule your place we require at least 14 days notice, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the Retreat. If you need to cancel your Retreat, we can offer you a full refund 30 days in advance of the Retreat. Any cancellation after this time will be subject to 50% refund, up until 14 days before the Retreat, after which we do not offer any refunds.
